We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from Jango Kidswear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Sale items and customised/personalised products are not eligible for return.
- Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@jangokids.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24 working hours with a Return Authorisation and pickup instructions.
- Pack the item securely and hand it to our courier partner when they arrive.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of approval within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please share your bank details when initiating the return.
Exchange
We offer size exchanges for eligible products. Please mention the exchange request in your email and we will confirm availability before proceeding.
