RETURN, CANCELLATION & REFUND
At JangoKids, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help. JangoKids provides an option of returning any products purchased within 30 days of its receipt. We would consider the following points before accepting the product back:
A product cannot be returned once it has been used, worn out or torn/damaged. Please ensure that the product is in original condition and unused. You need to return the product with all the price tags, original packing, labels and invoice.
At times, the outer packaging may appear to be damaged, but the actual product is just fine in most of such cases. JangoKids doesn’t take any liability for the damage of packaging. Get in touch with our customer care at email@example.com in case the product arrives damaged.
In case, you get a defective or damaged product from our side, we will return or replace it. However, the shipping cost for the return has to be borne by the customer. Please pursue the following process for returning an item purchased from JangoKids.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your Order details with your Order-ID number.
- Our customer care executive will confirm about your return request ASAP.
- The customer care executive will inform you about the product returning process.
- After receiving the product at the return address, it will take up to 7 business days for the money to be refunded in your account (in case refund is requested)
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If an order hasn't been shipped, please send an email to support@JangoKids.com to request cancellation.
** Orders will be fulfilled as per availability.
** No refund option will be available due to any price change at any time.
JangoKids reserves the right to cancel orders without prior intimation.
